The Ozarks Team
Over 40 years in business, education, and ministry have taught me many wonderful lessons about people and the great things they can do. That’s why I know that everyone has a big dream. I also know that making big dreams come true takes hard work, the right tools, endless patience and a consistently positive attitude. And sometimes, realizing big dreams takes some help. And if your dream includes real estate, that’s where I come in — my job is to help make your dream a reality.
If you are thinking of selling a home, my many years of experience in marketing and sales are just what’s needed. I am a trained and experience real estate photographer, videographer and licensed aerial photographer. I create multi-media marketing campaigns that showcase your homes best features and grab the attention of interested buyers. With the Ozarks Team at Century 21 LeMac Realty, we market our listings on the Internet through many webpages and all the popular social media using stunning real estate photography and engaging real estate video. The results speak for themselves. Our listings sell!
When it comes to buying, I know the home you have in mind is not just any home; it’s the perfect home in the perfect location, for an affordable price. Finding that home won’t be easy. It will take knowledge, skill, technology and many hours of hard work. That’s my part. I’ll search the databases and listings, drive through the neighborhoods, even knock on doors if I have to. If it’s there, I’ll find it for you. And then, I’ll help you with an offer, financing, inspections, surveys and whatever needs to be done, to make that home your home.
Here’s my promise to you: Whether your dream is selling a home, buying a home or both, I’ll make seeing this dream come true a top priority, and use my knowledge, skills and experience with all of the the resources of theThe Ozarks Team and CENTURY 21® to get the job is done. And when you experience the satisfaction of seeing your dream come true, I’ll share in that satisfaction with you. I treat all of my clients with respect and dignity, and handle all of my business activities honestly and fairly according to my Christian Faith. Although I was born and raised in the River Valley area, when I graduated from Arkansas Tech University and moved to Mountain Home my daughter and I immediately fell in love with the Twin Lakes area and now consider it our home. We enjoy being outdoors, spending time on the lake & river, and supporting area schools.
Finding a home became a priority for our family and I realized during our home search that Mountain Home has a very diverse realty market offering something for everyone! After purchasing my home I saw that a career in real estate could fulfill a dream of helping others to find their home as well. Becoming a realtor with The Ozarks Team at Century 21 LeMac Realty has enabled me to bring my dream to a reality! If you are looking for someone to represent you in buying or selling your home, the Ozarks Team are the people for you!
Our team is very diverse in who we are, but we come together for a great outcome. My knowledge about modern technology and social media has helped our clients put their homes above the rest.
I stay well informed with what is going on within the school districts and I am also involved in the Twin Lakes Home Builders Association, Mtn. Home Rotary and Twin Lakes Future Funds. Being able to connect with people of all sorts of backgrounds has enabled me to help our clients in more ways than one. Find out more at: EnjoyTheOzarks.com/HeatherHendricks/

I have been coming to the Mountain Home area for years as a weekend laker. I’ve worked as a dental hygienist in Jonesboro, Arkansas for 25 years while raising my two sons. They are now grown and providing me with the greatest blessing of all on this earth – Grandkids!
My husband moved here in 2016 to start a business and we had been going back and forth from Mountain Home to Jonesboro. I finally made the move in 2020 and began my dream of being a Real Estate Agent. The Ozarks Team at Century 21 LeMac Realty was the perfect fit for me.
I believe in honesty and integrity in dealing with any situation I come across. We are actively involved in a wonderful Christian church in town and love to strive to live out our faith. I strongly believe we are here on this earth for a short time to make a difference in people’s lives. So, I plan on doing just that. I look forward to meeting lots of people in this great community.
